"Our driver never showed up. I had the pick up time booked for 4.15am, and was out front of the accomodation from 4am. Leaving us to find other transport to get to the airport on time. Then at 4.22am I received a confirmation email with a break through of my journey and the charge. It stated the driver collected at 3.54am and dropped us at the airport by 4.22am. I’m not sure who the driver took but it wasn’t my wife and I! Very disappointed and have emailed 4 times GOJO asking for a refund and have received no response"
