"You put yourselves out to adjust to my pick up time twice when I requested. It was the weekend when there were petrol shortages, and you were having to cancel bookings. You could have cancelled mine because it was a long journey. But you honoured it. I would have been stranded without you. My driver was helpful, friendly and the journey was very smooth. I have already tipped him! Thank you for your excellent service. "
