"I’ve been unable to get in contact with anyone from your service for days now regarding my cancellation - I had to cancel my trip due to an unexpected COVID result, but your website hasn’t allowed me to register my trip in order to cancel it online and your phone lines are always busy. I’ve now left two messages via phone and have had no response. I have wasted £20 and am seemingly unable to get a refund due to the poor service. Very, very unimpressed. (Please note that this feedback is not intended for the taxi company who were helpful, but rather the Taxicode service which has been incredibly shoddy.)"

Driver was pleasant enough but just not a great journey for £320!"

"What a con! You advertise £5 off your first online booking but omit to say you will charge £2.50 for use of a debit card which was what I used. Not a credit card. So in fact your discount is £2.50 not £5. Shameful! That said: the driver was on time, polite, efficient and an easy comfortable journey."
